INGREDIENTS

Following ingredients are required for making Crumbl Vegan Cookies

  • 1 ½ Cup Vegan Butter/Dairy-Free Butter
  • 1 ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup White Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Aquafaba
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 ½ Cups Flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 ½ tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking Soda
  • ¾ tbsp Salt 
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, corn starch and place it aside.
  2. Now prepare butter mixture by adding cream and vegan-friendly butter and mix until it becomes fluffy.
  3. Add cream, brown sugar and granulated white sugar, mix using a stand mixer until it becomes smooth.
  4. Add 3 tbsp aquafaba, mix for one minute on medium speed and repeat the process by adding remaining 3 tbsp aquafaba and vanilla extract. 
  5. Mix together flour mixture and butter mixture and mix until combined and do not over mix.
  6. Chocolate chips are added in the end but over mixing should be avoided.
  7. Scoop out the cookie dough and place them at some distance on the baking sheet.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350F and line the baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
  9. Bake cookies for 10 minutes, the cookies will be just light brown from the edges. 
  10. Remove the cookies from the oven and place them to let cool for 10-15 minutes.
